AAAE does not have a block of rooms reserved at a particular hotel. However, there are several hotels that are within a close proximity to the Boise Airport. The ACE Operations Workshop will take place at the Boise River Room located on the third floor of the Boise Airport terminal.

Boise Airport will also provide shuttle service from both TownePlace Suites by the Marriott Boise Downtown and Hampton Inn & Suites Boise-Downtown before the class start time and when the class ends.
