Boise Airport (BOI) and the American Association of Airport Executives are pleased to offer the Airport Certified Employee (ACE) – Operations Workshop. The ACE – Operations program is a Part 139-based curriculum designed to educate and challenge airport personnel with airfield operations responsibilities.
Before registering for this workshop, you must be enrolled in the ACE-Operations program. After enrolling in the ACE program for $475, which includes course materials, you may register for the workshop. The fee for the workshop is separate from the $475 enrollment fee. AAAE membership is not required to participate in the ACE program.
The Airport Certified Employee (ACE)-Operations program is an extensive curriculum based on recommendations from FAA and senior operations personnel both at large and small hub airports. It is highly recommended that students thoroughly study the course materials before attending the Workshop. Included in the course is a 100-question examination that must be passed in order to receive ACE certification. However, students are not required to take the exam at the end of the course.
