Message from Conference Host
On behalf of the City of Philadelphia and Philadelphia International Airport, it is my distinct privilege to invite you back to our great city for the 87th Annual Conference in 2015. I am very excited that Philadelphia is once again hosting AAAE's signature event, and I assure you that the 2015 conference will be better than ever!
Surrounded by the rich historical charm of our nation's birthplace, we will come together for 4 days of learning, networking and, of course, some Philly fun. You'll share ideas, discuss current events, brainstorm for solutions, and gain valuable knowledge that will empower all of us to meet the contemporary challenges facing our industry.
Philadelphia has undergone an amazing transformation since William Penn first set foot here more than 300 years ago. While you're here, you'll get to explore the old and the new. You'll get to experience Philadelphia, a modern renaissance city where history, culture, innovation and contemporary life all come together to offer a uniqueness found only in our city. You'll have the opportunity to visit some of our nation's most iconic treasures and historical sites, while taking in stimulating cultural offerings in some of the finest museums in the world. Where else can you follow the footsteps of our founding fathers where they signed the Declaration of Independence or debated the document that would become the U.S. Constitution?
You'll notice captivating 21st century architecture juxtaposed among quaint, colonial-era structures as well as symbols of present day corporate America amidst our nation's industrious past. Some of the best restaurants in America are here, and you'll find everything from upscale dining to niche eateries to satisfy your appetite. And, yes, this is the only place where you can get a genuine Philly cheesesteak.
Philadelphia awaits you in 2015. Your invitation has arrived, and I look forward to seeing you!
