How can I register my booth personnel?
Special booth personnel registration forms will be made available to the contact person listed on your booth contract in February 2015. Please DO NOT register booth personnel online or through the attendee registration form; only use the personalized booth personnel registration forms that were e-mailed to the contact name on your exhibit contract. How many booth personnel registrations does my company receive?
Each 10' x 10' (100 square feet) space receives three complimentary exhibitor personnel badges unless otherwise noted. 10'x20' booths will receive 6 complimentary exhibitor personnel badges, and so forth. Additional exhibits personnel may register at the cost of $450 per person on or before May 8, 2015. After May 8, the cost is $500.
What is included with my exhibitor registration?
Exhibit registration includes all events and functions taking place inside of the exhibit hall from exhibitor set-up on Saturday through teardown on Tuesday. It also includes all conference sessions on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and the host event taking place Monday evening. It does NOT include tickets for extra events such as the final banquet and dessert reception.
What is the difference between booth personnel and delegate registration?
Delegate Registration includes access to all business sessions on all days of the conference as well as tickets to the Awards Luncheon and Final Banquet. Wednesday business sessions and tickets to the Awards Luncheon and Final Banquet are NOT included with exhibit booth personnel registrations, as the exhibit hall closes down on Tuesday. If exhibit booth personnel would like to attend the Awards Luncheon and Final Banquet on Wednesday, tickets may be purchased onsite while quantities last.
What is the cost of the additional events?
Tickets for the Final Banquet/Dessert Reception will be sold onsite while quantities last. Tickets for the Awards Luncheon on Wednesday will be sold onsite only while quantities last.
How can I confirm that I am registered as booth personnel?
Confirmation emails are sent out weekly to registered booth personnel.
When is the deadline to register as booth personnel?
Registrations received after May 15, 2015 may not be included in the Roster of Exhibitors. All registrations received after Friday, May 29, 2015, will be considered on-site registrations and will be processed upon check-in at the conference. Exhibitors who mail or fax in registrations and do not receive an email confirmation letter should bring a copy of their registration form with them. Rosters will be printed and shipped several weeks in advance of the conference dates.
