The American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and the Airport Legislative Alliance (ALA) are proud to present the 2012 AAAE & ALA Summer Legislative Issues Conference, to be held July 16-17 at the W Washington D.C. Hotel. Located adjacent to the White House and moments from Capitol Hill, this annual gathering of executives, commissioners and industry leaders is the perfect opportunity to learn the latest on critical issues affecting airports and to weigh in with your elected officials during an important time in the legislative process.
Though Congress has now passed the FAA Reauthorization Bill (after five years of debate and 23 short-term extensions), there will be no shortage in challenges on the airport legislative front for the foreseeable future. The 2012 AAAE & ALA Summer Legislative Issues Conference will address the current state of play on crucial airport issues and how best to address our priorities in Washington's tough budget environment.
