Where does the Exposition take place?
The conference and exposition both take place at the Phoenix Convention Center

What comes with my booth?

How can I purchase additional booth personnel registrations?
An unlimited number of additional booth personnel registrations (above 3 per 10'x10' booth space) can be purchased for $400 per person.

How can I register my booth personnel?
Special booth personnel registration forms will be attached to your exhibitor confirmation email that will be sent to the contact person listed on your booth contract. Please DO NOT register booth personnel online or through the attendee registration brochure.

How do I order additional booths supplies?

What is included with my exhibitor registration?
Exhibit registration includes all events and functions taking place inside of the exhibit hall from exhibitor set-up on Saturday, April 28 through teardown May 1. It also includes all conference sessions taking place Sunday April 29 through Tuesday May 1 and the host event taking place Monday evening April 30. It does NOT include tickets for extra events such as golf and the final banquet.

What is the cost of the additional events?
Tickets for the golf tournament on Tuesday, May 1 may be purchased in advance (more details to follow). Exhibits booth personnel must be registered before signing up for golf. Contact Alex Marquez at alexia.marquez@aaae.org to sign up for golf once you are a registered. Tickets for the Final Banquet/Dessert Reception on Wednesday, May 2 will be sold onsite only while quantities last. Tickets for the Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, May 2 will be sold onsite only while quantities last.

Will a lead retrieval service be available?
Yes. A lead retrieval service will be available in order to assist you with tracking visitors to your booth. You can order you equipment through the order forms found in the exhibit service kit. A limited amount of machines will be available to rent last minute at show site, but the price increases for anything not ordered in advance.

May I bring my children into the exhibit hall?
Children over the age of 16, with proper guest registration/badges are allowed in the exhibit hall during regular conference hours. Children are strictly not permitted in the hall during set-up and tear-down due to the potential hazards within the hall during those times.

Will a roster of attendees be available before and after the conference?
Yes. About one month before the show, a PDF version of mailing labels sorted alphabetically by Airport/Company, will be emailed to all exhibitors. Post show, the updated roster will be emailed to all exhibitors and again, a PDF formatted to print on peel and stick labels will be available upon request.

AAAE will again be offering registered attendee email addresses for an additional fee. If you are interested in purchasing the emails please contact dan.duggan@aaae.org.

Cancellation policy
Display space may be canceled in writing up to one hundred twenty-one (121) days or before December 30, 2011 prior to the opening date of the Exposition without penalty. However, a cancellation charge equal to one-third of the fee for the space will be assessed by the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) for space canceled from one hundred twenty (120) to ninety-one (91) days prior to the opening date of the Exposition or December 31, 2011 - January 29, 2012; two-thirds the cost of the space if canceled from ninety (90) to sixty-one (61) days prior to the opening date or January 30, 2012 - February 28, 2012; and the full fee for the space if canceled within sixty (60) days-on or after February 29, 2012.
