To register as an attendee for the Basic ASOS School, you may download a registration form and fax it to (703)820-1395 or register online.
To register as an attendee for the Advanced ASOS School, you may download a registration form and fax it to (703)820-1395 or register online.

**Please be prepared to show proof of registration for the Snow Symposium in order receive the 2010 Snow Symposium rate. Failure to do so may result in a rate adjustment increase.
*Please indicate if you are attending the Basic or Advanced ASOS School. Courses run concurrently or at the same time.
To register as an attendee for the Northeast Chapter of AAAE's 44th Annual International Aviation Snow Symposium, you may download a registration form and fax it to (716) 630-6070 or review program information.
AAAE and the Northeast Chapter of AAAE collect registration fees separately for these events. AAAE will collect registration forms for the Basic and Advanced ASOS Schools. The Northeast Chapter of AAAE and the 2010 Snow Symposium Committee will accept registrations for the 44th Annual International Snow Symposium.
NOTE: AAAE reserves the right to cancel this program if the number of registrants is insufficient. In this event, we will notify all registrants and refund the registration fee in full. However, any costs incurred by the registrant, such as hotel cancellation or airline penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant. Confirmation letters will be e-mailed to attendees within two weeks of receipt of registration. If you have not received a confirmation letter via e-mail two business days prior to the meeting, and you enrolled at least two weeks prior to the meeting, please contact the AAAE Meetings Department at (703)824-0504. Non-receipt of the confirmation letter before the meeting is not justification for seeking a refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Registrations and cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests received before 4/9/10 are subject to a $125 processing fee and will be processed after the meeting takes place. There will be no refunds after this date. Substitutions will be accepted without penalties and no-shows will be billed.
