Airports are also encouraged to exhibit as a way to share the wide variety of GIS uses at airports with conference attendees. Exhibitors will receive maximum exposure with the welcome reception, three luncheons, three continental breakfasts and all coffee/refreshment breaks taking place in the Terrace Rooms (located adjacent to the Crystal Ballroom for the General Session).
**Please note that the ceiling height in the Terrace Rooms ranges from 7.25’ to 8’. Table top displays are recommended if the height of your pop-up display is more than eight feet; be certain to measure the height of your display prior to shipping.
The exhibitor fee includes a six-foot, draped table, two chairs, a trash can and one complimentary conference registration.
