The 2009 F. Russell Hoyt National Airports Conference (NAC) will be an interactive, roll-up-your-sleeves event designed to provide a toolbox of solutions to help your airport succeed in today's stressful economic times. Come prepared to discuss issues with panelists and exchange strategies with fellow delegates. This year's NAC theme, Tools for Success in Challenging Times, highlights the complex economic and operational issues that face the airport community today and that are grounded in the global recession.
The NAC's popular small group discussion format, which allows participants to debate numerous technical and management topics in an informal setting, will establish the tone of the conference. Delegates will be encouraged to engage presenters in discussions that result in specific answers to specific problems.
Further, roundtables structured by airport size will allow delegates to share problem-solving success stories and case studies. Roundtables will feature TSA and FAA officials who will conduct an open dialogue with NAC delegates. Further, guest speakers will share the latest news about their companies and the impact this news will have on your airport.
