Rooms are being held at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio, 123 Losoya St., San Antonio, TX 78205, phone (210) 222-1234. All attendees will receive a special rate of $180 single/double occupancy. Reservations must be made by Friday, August 28, 2009, in order to guarantee this rate. Reservations made after this date can only be honored on a space available basis. To make your hotel reservations, call (800) 233-1234 and identify yourself as part of the AAAE group. One night's room and tax guaranteed to a major credit card is required at the time of making a reservation. Cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge equal to one night's room and tax.
