All attendees will receive a special rate of $139 single/double Fairmont Rooms. Reservations must be made by Friday, July 24, 2009, in order to guarantee this rate. Reservations made after this date can only be honored on a space available basis. Any guaranteed reservation not canceled 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee.
