Rooms are being held at the Hotel Allegro Chicago, 171 W. Randolph Street, Chicago, IL 60601, Phone (312) 236-0123, Fax (312) 236-0917. All attendees will receive a special rate of $175 single/double. Reservations must be made by February 20, 2009 in order to guarantee this rate. Reservations made after this date can only be honored on a space available basis. Because of St. Patrick's Day, you are encouraged to make your room reservations as early as possible before rooms are sold out!
To make your hotel reservations, call the hotel directly at (312) 236-0123 or toll free at (800) 643-1500 and identify yourself as part of the AAAE group. Any guaranteed reservation not canceled 24 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee.
