The conference will take place at the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel, 62-100 Kauna’oa Drive, Kohala Coast, Kona, HI 96743, phone (808) 880-1111 and fax (808) 880-3142. Attendees will receive a special rate of Terrace $220, Partial Ocean $230, Ocean View $240, Premium Ocean $260 and Ocean Front: $275. All rooms are subject to the applicable Hawaii State and hotel accommodations tax, which is currently 11.416% per room per night occupied. There is a round trip porterage charge of $6 plus taxes per person. For persons wanting to extend their stay, the group rates will be in effect from January 4 to January 19, provided the hotel has availability.
To guarantee these rates, reservations must be made by December 9, 2008. To reserve your room, please call Central Reservations for Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel at 1-800-882-6060 and reference AAAE to receive the group rate. Reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a two night’s deposit. Any cancellations from time of booking made before sixty (60) days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of one (1) night room and tax charge.
