Rooms are being held at the Renaissance Arts Hotel, 700 Tchoupitoulas St., New Orleans, LA, 70130, phone (504) 613-2330 and fax (504) 613-2331. All attendees will receive a special rate of $109 single/double. Reservations must be made by Friday, November 14, 2008, in order to guarantee this rate. Reservations made after this date can only be honored on a space available basis. To make your hotel reservations, call the hotel directly at (504) 613-2300 or toll free at (800) 431-8634 and identify yourself as part of the AAAE group. To avoid a cancellation charge of one night’s lodging, you must cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to your arrival.

- visit Renaissance Arts Hotel
- on right side of screen enter arrival and departure dates
- in the Group Code text box enter AMAAMAA
- click 'FIND'
- select the room type of your choice under the group rate and proceed with your reservation
