Make plans to join military leaders, federal officials and your colleagues in the Biggest Little City in the World—Reno, Nevada—for the 2008 Military/Civilian Joint-Use Issues Conference. AAAE and the Federal Aviation Administration, working in partnership, are pleased to present this one of a kind meeting. This conference will be held December 7-
9, 2008 at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino.
This workshop is intended to create a forum for the sharing of ideas and experiences. The Joint-Use Issues Conference annually brings together government and industry representatives who are deeply involved in the administration and operation of military/civilian airports. The downward trend in the overall economy forces joint-use administrators to limit the uncertainty and look for additional financial opportunities. This year’s conference will focus on both objectives.
The general sessions will be presented by industry professionals, including representatives of federal agencies, military specialists, consulting firms and airport executives. Active involvement by participants is encouraged.
All sessions will take place at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino. The conference will begin with a welcome reception on Sunday, December 7, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. and will end at 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9. Registration fees include the reception, two continental breakfasts, one luncheon, all refreshment breaks and course materials. Dress is business casual (no ties). Confirmation letters will be e-mailed to attendees.
We look forward to seeing you in Reno.
