AAAE , in conjunction with the Guam International Airport Authority, is pleased to present the Advanced Airport Safety Operations & Specialist (ASOS)/Aviation Issues Workshop for December 8-10, 2008 on Tamuning, Guam. This workshop is being sponsored by A.B. Won Pat Guam International Airport Authority, the American Association of Airport Executives, the International Association of Airport Executives and Continental Airlines. The purpose of this program is to provide a forum for individuals in the aviation/airline industry to discuss domestic and global issues such as providing better customer service, dealing with the constantly increasing fuel prices, airline cuts, downsizing, the effect on the global markets and what the government is doing to assist airports during the change in current economics.
The workshop will offer important and valuable networking opportunities for U.S. and Asian airport and aviation officials to discuss and debate management and operational challenges facing the airport management profession. Previous airport issues conferences have been held in Istanbul, Turkey; Warsaw, Poland; Bucharest, Romania; Vienna, Austria; Budapest, Hungary; Salzburg, Austria; Prague, Czech Republic, and Seoul, South Korea, just to name a few.

Officials from U.S. airports and aviation companies and senior Asian airport and aviation executives should not miss this conference. A number of top U.S. and Asian airport officials will attend the conference.
