The American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), APCO Worldwide, and the International Association of Airport Executives (IAAE), in collaboration with the European Commission (EC), the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC), and the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), are pleased to present the Transatlantic Aviation Issues Conference to be held at the Conrad Brussels Hotel in Brussels, Belgium, June 30-July 1 2008.
There are many issues of concern facing the aviation industry on both sides of the Atlantic. The inaugural Transatlantic Aviation Issues Conference will bring together leaders from governmental agencies, airports and airlines, as well as the political leadership of Europe and the United States to discuss current challenges and look ahead to future ones. Topics that will be discussed include the growth of general aviation, approaches to air traffic management and control, safety, air services liberalization and environmental issues. All sessions will take place at the Conrad Brussels Hotel in Brussels, Belgium. The conference will begin on the afternoon of Monday, June 30 at 13:30 (registration will open at 12:30) and conclude on Tuesday, July 1 with a closing reception at 18:30. The registration fee includes all handouts, the opening reception, one luncheon, the closing reception and all refreshment breaks. Dress is business attire.
