The exhibit hall which is co-located with the opening reception, breakfasts, and refreshment breaks is a great opportunity for aviation leaders to showcase their products and services. Building on the success of the previous conferences, this year's event is expected to attract over 150 participants including airport leaders, FBO owners and managers, business operators, aircraft manufacturers, students, and other members of the general aviation industry.
Each table-top exhibit comes with a 6" skirted table, two chairs, and a waste bin. Electricity, internet service, and other services can be ordered directly through the hotel. Necessary forms and hotel point of contact as well as shipping information will be provided two weeks prior to the event, once registration has been processed. Table-top exhibitor registration includes one complementary registration, additional booth personnel registrations are only $250 per person.
