LOCATION AND LOGISTICS
All sessions will take place at the Airtel Plaza Hotel at Van Nuys Airport. The conference will begin with the welcome reception and private screening at 6 pm on May 7. Conference sessions will start at 8:30 am on May 8 and will conclude at 1 pm on May 9. The optional tour of Van Nuys Airport will conclude at 5:30 pm on May 9.
The registration fee includes welcome reception, private screening, one lunch, two continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, evening event, Van Nuys Airport tour, and all handout materials. Confirmation of registration will be e-mailed to attendees within approximately two weeks of receipt registration.
DRESS
Dress for all sessions is business casual (no ties), except the social events and the airport tour which are casual.
